§ 305.025. NONDISCRIMINATION.  The commission in 
administering this chapter shall ensure compliance with Title VI, 
Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. Section 2000d et seq.), as 
amended, in regard to nondiscrimination under any program or 
activity receiving federal financial assistance.
