§ 402.00113. ADMINISTRATIVE ATTACHMENT TO
DEPARTMENT. (a) The division of workers' compensation is
administratively attached to the department.
(b) The department shall provide the staff and facilities
necessary to enable the division to perform the duties of the
division under this title, including:
(1) administrative assistance and services to the
division, including budget planning and purchasing;
(2) personnel and financial services; and
(3) computer equipment and support.
(c) The commissioner of workers' compensation and the
commissioner of insurance may enter into agreements as necessary to
implement this title.
