§ 407A.003. MERGER OF GROUPS. (a) Subject to the approval of the commissioner, a group may merge with another group engaged in the same or a similar type of business if the resulting group assumes in full all obligations of the merging groups. (b) The commissioner may conduct a hearing on a proposed merger and shall conduct a hearing if any party, including a member of either group, requests a hearing.
