§ 407A.005. CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL REQUIRED. An association of employers may not act as a workers' compensation self-insurance group unless it has been issued a certificate of approval by the commissioner under this chapter. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 275, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
