§ 407A.055. PREMIUM REQUIREMENTS. Each group must have an estimated premium subject to experience modifier of at least $250,000 during the group's first year of operation. Thereafter, the annual standard premium must be at least $500,000. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 275, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
