§ 407A.451. DEFINITIONS.  In this subchapter:                               
		(1)  "Board" means the board of directors of the 
guaranty fund.             
		(2)  "Guaranty fund" means the Texas self-insurance 
group guaranty fund.    
		(3)  "Trust fund" means the trust fund established 
under Section 407A.457.
