§ 407A.454. IMMUNITY. A board member or a member of the staff of the board is not liable in a civil action for an act performed in good faith in the execution of that person's powers or duties. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 1055, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2005.
