§ 410.116. CLOSING STATEMENTS; BRIEFS. The parties may present closing statements as they desire, but the record may not remain open for written briefs unless requested by the arbitrator. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
