§ 111.006. PROPOSED BUDGET FILED WITH COUNTY CLERK; PUBLIC INSPECTION. (a) When the county judge has completed the preparation of the budget, the judge shall file a copy of the proposed budget with the county clerk. (b) The copy of the proposed budget shall be available for inspection by any taxpayer. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
