§ 111.033. ANNUAL BUDGET REQUIRED. On or immediately after the first day of each fiscal year, the county auditor shall prepare a budget to cover the proposed expenditures of the county government for that fiscal year. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
