§ 116.025. DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORY OR SUBDEPOSITORY. When security is provided in accordance with Subchapter C and is approved by the commissioners court, the commissioners court shall, by an order entered in its minutes, designate the bank as a depository or subdepository for the funds of the county. The designation is effective until the end of the 60th day after the date fixed for the next selection of a depository or subdepository. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
