§ 386.104. MONITORING. (a) The board shall monitor each person in a development zone that receives benefits available under this chapter. (b) On the board's request, the Texas Workforce Commission or the comptroller's office shall provide to the board tax records of a person that receives benefits under this chapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1390, § 1, eff. June 16, 2001.
