§ 83.006. FUNDING OF TREASURER'S OFFICE. The commissioners court may provide funds for adequate personnel and supplies that enable the county treasurer to perform the duties of office. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
