§ 11.083. RETENTION OF MINERAL RIGHTS. The state shall retain the mineral rights to state land that is sold unless it is impractical to do so. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1499, § 1.42, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
