§ 111.092. INJUNCTION TO PREVENT DISCRIMINATION. On information that discrimination is practiced in its purchases by a common purchaser, the commission shall request the attorney general to bring a mandatory injunction suit against the common purchaser to compel the reasonable extensions that are necessary to prevent discrimination. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2585, ch. 871, art. I, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
