§ 111.225. MOTION TO DISSOLVE RECEIVERSHIP. A party
whose property has been placed in the hands of a receiver may move
to dissolve the receivership and discharge the receiver only on
showing that the party has not wilfully violated nor allowed
property owned or controlled by him to be used in violating the
rule, order, or judgment or on other good cause shown.
