§ 21.077. UNIT OF MEASUREMENT. The unit of measurement in this subchapter has the following values, based on the International Meter established by the National Bureau of Standards: (1) one meter = 39.37 inches exactly; (2) one foot = 12.00 inches exactly; and (3) one vara = 33-1/3 inches exactly.
