§ 32.155. RENTAL AND ROYALTY PAYMENTS.  (a) Each lessee 
or his assigns shall pay annual rentals and royalties as specified 
by the board.
	(b)  Subchapter D, Chapter 52 of this code  applies to a lease 
issued under this chapter.
