§ 87.242. INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.  (a) A violation or 
threatened violation of this chapter may be enjoined by any court of 
competent jurisdiction in which suit for penalty may be brought.
	(b)  The court shall issue the writs or prohibitory or 
mandatory injunctions that the facts justify.
