§ 91.176. WITHDRAWAL OF NATIVE GAS.  A storer may 
withdraw from storage injected and stored gas as market demand 
dictates.  However, any time a storer's withdrawals from a storage 
facility equal the volume of gas injected for storage, the storer 
shall not withdraw additional gas from the storage facility without 
first obtaining specific authority from the commission.
