§ 102.008. DISCIPLINARY ACTION. A violation of Section 102.001 or 102.006 is grounds for disciplinary action by the regulatory agency that issued a license, certification, or registration to the person who committed the violation. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
