§ 104.007. PENALTIES. (a) A person who violates this
chapter commits an offense. An offense under this section is a
misdemeanor punishable by:
(1) on conviction of a first offense, a fine of $100;
(2) on conviction of a second offense, a fine of $500;
and
(3) on conviction of a third offense:
(A) a fine of $1,000; or
(B) revocation of the person's license to
practice the healing art.
(b) On conviction of the person, the district court shall
notify the licensing board that issued the license.
