§ 110.159. COLLECTION OF FEES.  (a) The council shall:                      
		(1)  charge and collect reasonable fees in amounts 
necessary to cover the costs of administering this chapter;  and
		(2)  send all fees collected under this section to the 
department.          
	(b)  Fees charged and collected by the council under this 
section may include:
		(1)  sex offender treatment provider license and 
renewal fees;              
		(2)  training fees;                                                           
		(3)  publication fees;  and                                                   
		(4)  fees for providing continuing education and other 
services to sex offender treatment providers.
