§ 110.309. DENIAL OF LICENSE.  The council may deny an 
application for a license if:
		(1)  the council determines that a previous criminal 
conviction or deferred adjudication indicates the applicant is not 
qualified or suitable;  or
		(2)  the applicant fails to provide the information 
described by Section 110.156(a)(1).
