§ 1103.201. CERTIFICATE OR LICENSE REQUIRED. (a) Unless
the person is certified under this chapter, a person may not:
(1) use the title "state-certified real estate
appraiser"; or
(2) refer to an appraisal prepared by the person as a
"certified appraisal."
(b) Unless the person is licensed under this chapter, a
person may not:
(1) use the title "state-licensed real estate
appraiser"; or
(2) refer to an appraisal prepared by the person as a
"licensed appraisal."
