§ 151.054. APPLICATION TO SELF-CARE. (a) This subtitle does not prohibit: (1) a person from providing or seeking advice or information relating to that person's self-care; or (2) the dissemination of information relating to self-care. (b) This section does not confer authority to practice medicine. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
