§ 160.051. DEFINITIONS.  In this subchapter:                                
		(1)  "Commissioner" means the commissioner of 
insurance.                    
		(2)  "Insurer" means an insurer or other entity that 
provides medical professional liability insurance covering a 
physician in this state.
