§ 160.055. SANCTIONS FOR FAILURE TO REPORT. The commissioner may impose sanctions authorized by Chapter 82, Insurance Code, on an insurer who fails to report information as required by this subchapter. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, § 1, eff.
