§ 1601.406. RENEWAL OF BARBERSHOP OR SPECIALTY SHOP PERMIT. (a) A barbershop permit or specialty shop permit expires on the second anniversary of the date of issuance. (b) A barbershop permit holder may renew the permit by paying the required renewal fee. (c) A specialty shop permit holder may renew the permit by submitting to the department a renewal application accompanied by the required renewal fee. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, § 1, eff.
