§ 162.207. APPLICATION OF SUBCHAPTER.  This subchapter 
does not:          
		(1)  affect the reporting requirements under Section 
160.003;  or           
		(2)  apply to a private medical school certified under 
this subchapter if all or substantially all of the school's assets 
are sold.
