§ 164.058. REQUIRED SUSPENSION OF LICENSE OF INCARCERATED PHYSICIAN. Regardless of the offense, the board shall suspend the license of a physician serving a prison term in a state or federal penitentiary during the term of the incarceration. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
