§ 51.308. COLLECTION OF PENALTY. If the person on whom the administrative penalty is imposed violates Section 51.307(a), the department or the attorney general may bring an action to collect the penalty. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
