§ 51.310. ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE. (a) The executive director by rule shall prescribe procedures for the determination and appeal of a decision to impose an administrative penalty. (b) A proceeding under this subchapter to impose an administrative penalty is considered to be a contested case under Chapter 2001, Government Code. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, § 1, eff.
