§ 559.006. LICENSE EXPIRATION NOTICE. At least 30 days before the expiration of a person's license, the board shall send written notice of the impending license expiration to the person at the license holder's last known address according to the board's records. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
