§ 11.024. PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS. The director or his designee shall develop a system of annual performance evaluations based on measurable job tasks. All merit pay for department employees must be based on the system established under this section. Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 267, art. 1, § 15, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
