§ 12.505. VIOLATION OF SUSPENSION, REFUSAL, OR
REVOCATION. A person who engages in an activity requiring a permit
or license during the time for which such license or permit has been
suspended, refused, or revoked commits an offense that is a Class A
Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanor.
