§ 22.121. JURISDICTION. Stephen F. Austin State Park is under the jurisdiction of the department. The department shall improve, preserve, and protect the land in the park. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
