§ 66.307. POLITICAL ASYLUM. No crew member or master seeking bona fide political asylum shall be fined or imprisoned under this subchapter. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
