§ 76.015. RIGHTS OF LOCATOR. (a) The holder of a
certificate of location as provided for in Section 76.012 of this
code is protected in his possession of the location against
trespass in the same manner as are freeholders.
(b) This section applies only as long as the stakes or pipes
and buoys required by this chapter are maintained in their correct
positions and the locator complies with the law and the regulations
governing the fish and oyster industries.
