§ 106. WHEN FOREIGN EXECUTOR TO GIVE BOND. A foreign
executor shall not be required to give bond if the will appointing
him so provides. If the will does not exempt him from giving bond,
the provisions of this Code with respect to the bonds of domestic
representatives shall be applicable.
