§ 107. POWER OF SALE OF FOREIGN EXECUTOR OR TRUSTEE. When
by any foreign will recorded in the deed records of any county in
this state in the manner provided herein, power is given an executor
or trustee to sell any real or personal property situated in this
state, no order of a court of this state shall be necessary to
authorize such executor or trustee to make such sale and execute
proper conveyance, and whenever any particular directions are given
by a testator in any such will respecting the sale of any such
property situated in this state, belonging to his estate, the same
shall be followed unless such directions have been annulled or
suspended by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
