§ 11. APPLICATIONS AND OTHER PAPERS TO BE FILED WITH CLERK. All applications for probate proceedings, complaints, petitions and all other papers permitted or required by law to be filed in the court in probate matters, shall be filed with the county clerk of the proper county who shall file the same and endorse on each paper the date filed and the docket number, and his official signature.
