§ 212. RELEASE OF RECORDED LIEN ON SURETY'S PROPERTY.  A 
certified copy of the court's order describing the property, and 
releasing the lien, filed with the county clerk of the county where 
the property is located, and recorded in the deed records, shall 
have the effect of cancelling the lien on such property.
