§ 311. WHEN CLAIMS ENTERED IN DOCKET. After a claim
against an estate has been presented to and allowed or rejected by
the personal representative, in whole or in part, the claim must be
filed with the county clerk of the proper county. The clerk shall
enter the claim on the claim docket.
