§ 755. APPOINTMENT OF ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT WARD. When
the ward is dead and there is no executor or administrator of the
ward's estate, or when the ward is a nonresident, or the ward's
residence is unknown, the court may appoint an attorney ad litem to
represent the interest of the ward in the final settlement with the
guardian, and shall allow the attorney reasonable compensation out
of the ward's estate for any services provided by the attorney.
