§ 161.024. RECORDS. A bank holding a security under Section 161.021, whether in registered or bearer form, at all times shall keep records showing the ownership of the security. Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 3716, ch. 576, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1984.
