§ 92.262. AGENTS FOR DELIVERY OF NOTICE. A managing or leasing agent, whether residing or maintaining an office on-site or off-site, is the agent of the landlord for purposes of notice and other communications required or permitted by this subchapter. Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 3653, ch. 576, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1984.
