§ 1001.053. OFFICERS. (a) The board shall select from among the managers a presiding officer. (b) The presiding officer shall preside over the board. A presiding officer pro tem shall preside in the absence of the presiding officer. (c) The district administrator or any manager may be appointed secretary.
