§ 1001.055. RECORDS OF PROCEEDINGS. (a) The secretary shall keep suitable records of all proceedings of each board meeting. (b) After each meeting: (1) the presiding officer or the presiding officer pro tem shall read and sign the record; and (2) the secretary shall attest the record.
