§ 1001.056. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR. (a) The board shall:
(1) appoint a person qualified by training and
experience as district administrator; and
(2) determine the administrator's compensation.
(b) The board may remove the district administrator at any
time.
(c) Before assuming the duties of district administrator,
the administrator must execute a bond payable to the district in an
amount of not less than $10,000 that:
(1) is conditioned on the administrator performing
well and faithfully the administrator's required duties; and
(2) contains other conditions the board may require.
